Bali-Teak-Furniture-Maker is a new design concept that was founded by Kyle Barnett whilst studying architecture at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, 2004. He later brought the concept back to his native Canada where the initial prototypes were completed in 2006 and endured vigorous product testing to determine the best possible materials for construction. 2008 - Production initiated from the back of a surfboard manufacturing warehouse in New Zealand and marketing continued for the next three years in some of the world’s harshest climates. The first Bali-Teak-Furniture-Maker design, the Dreamweaver Hammock Set, was rigorously tested with extreme U.V. rays and torrential downpours.
